How It Works?

The Process

1. Payment
   We require that you make payment before any design work is done. Payment is made securely via our website with Paypal, Visa, Mastercard etc.


2. Contact
   Once payment has been made we ask that you contact us notifying us of the package you ordered. We will then email you back with a set of standard questions that will help us determine your logo design requirements. Often only email is needed but we do also encourage phone discussions.


3. Design
   Now that we have all the details about what you are looking for in a logo design we get creative. We spend the delivery time mentioned with each package, designing the logo mockups / concepts.


4. Presentation
   We now email you the initial logo mockups that we came up with and you provide us with feedback as to changes and what you like and don't like.


5. Revisions
   After collecting your feedback we go through the revision rounds. 3 revision rounds are included in the base price or you can optionally purchase the Unlimited Revisions Add On.


6. Delivery
   Revision rounds go back and forth and once a final logo mockup design is selected we prepare the many source files you will need in the future (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Corel Draw format for print). The source files are then emailed to you wrapping up the project.

Other Important Information

1. If a design is purchased, you ONLY get ownership to the selected mockup.


2. If you like more then 1 of logo mockups and want to purchase more then 1, each additional logo design mockup is an additional $149 US.


3. We do not offer refunds if for some reason we can't arrive at a design you like, which rarely happens.
